About fragmenting a 4

A corpse of a 4-month girl baby was found past the Art Institution in the center of the town which was savagely fragmented and put into a sack. It is suspected that it had been killed several days before. After it was found by the security forces, it was sent to the hospital and handed to the hospital police. The investigation has been continuing.

Today we are very upset. It is not a novel story nor a dream or a conundrum, it is a reality. And it is happened in a town in Kurdistan. (We have the pictures of this fragmented butterfly which is beyond of our imaginations. It was savagely treated! Anyone who wants to see this tragedy, email us in order to send to him/her).

Surprisingly we ask and contemplate: who is the man and which doctrine or ideology believe in and accept this kind of criminal act! Is it possible for a criminal man like that to live in a society?!

This is not the first time we hear and see tragedy like that. In the past decade we announced so many tragedies like that and we informed the authorities and government in Kurdistan: Azad Abubakir, the shoeshine boy, was beheaded and threw in Shekh Mihedeen Grave Yard after he was raped, Hemin Nuradeen was blinded by the punch of his teacher and after that was killed by the same teacher. Except our center none accused the teacher, Adil who burned himself because he was fraitened by his teacher. Dana Khursheed was beheaded and threw in the Ree`aya Garden. During public examinations of third class secondary schools several girl students were burned themselves because of the treatments of their headmaster. In one of the nursery schools in Hawler, Meershad a 3-year child was hit by his nurse…

The children are differently abused everyday. This time a baby is fragmented!!

Hitting brutally, burning the body of children as a kind of punishment and raping children are those abuse acts which our children face everyday in this society.

Humanitarian organizations and protectors of the children rights:

These tragedies are dangerous and it is the responsibility of ours, the authorities of Kurdistan to stop them.

Stop the oppression and abuse of children are our responsibility.

Our children should not treat like that and those cultures and laws which keep these criminal acts must be removing.

We in the children protection center call the regional government and all parties and organizations and humanitarians to respond actively and expeditiously work in order to end these tragedies and at the same time we recall the government to investigate and disclose this crime as soon as possible and punish the abuser.

We believe no one con commit such a crime, if there will be a law, authorities and justice.

Children Protection center will do its best to reveal the abusers and it will do so by using authorities of law.

Children in Kurdistan and Iraq need a law to protect them and observe their rights.

We from the Children Protection Center with the cooperation of International Campaign for protecting children rights ( first children) constitute the general principles of the rights of children and show it as a document to the Kurdistan Regional Government and also the government of Iraq and we will work hard in order to protect and observe the rights of children, so we need the support of all Liberians and the protectors of the children rights, all the institutions of Kurdistan and Iraq government as well.
